What Domstrike Is

Domain authority you can buy today — not build over the next two years.

Domstrike acquires aged, backlink-rich domains at auction before the market prices in their SEO equity. Each domain is manually assessed against DR, referring domain count, and anchor text distribution before it reaches the listing page.

The result is a curated inventory for Australian SEO consultants, digital agency owners, and content site builders who know exactly what a clean, high-DR aged domain is worth — and don't want to spend months on link building to get there.

Acquired at auction — before the market catches up

Domains sourced daily from GoDaddy Auctions, NameJet, and Dynadot closeouts. Price discovery happens at expiry, before the SEO community drives up bids.

Verified metrics — DR, referring domains, anchor text

Every listing carries Ahrefs DR, live referring domain count, and a full anchor text breakdown reviewed for spam, exact-match overuse, and topical relevance.

Ready to deploy — static site-ready from acquisition

Domains arrive with clean hosting history, free of thin-content penalties. Point your DNS and publish — authority is already baked in.

Why Domstrike Domains Are Different

01 — Metrics-Verified

Every number on every listing is live and verified.

DR and referring domain counts are pulled at time of listing — not cached six months ago. We use Ahrefs and cross-reference with Majestic Trust Flow on premium listings. If a domain's backlink profile has decayed since acquisition, it does not make the inventory.

  • Ahrefs DR — confirmed at listing date
  • Referring domain count — live, not historical
  • Spam score checked — Moz and Semrush toxicity flags
  • Google index status — crawled and clean

Verification Checklist — Sample

Ahrefs DR DR 41
Referring Domains 2,108 RDs
Spam Score (Moz) 4% — Pass
Google Index Status Clean
Penalty History (Search Console) None detected
Registrar History 2 owners, 2014–present

02 — Clean Anchor Profiles

No spam anchors buried in a clean-looking DR.

A high DR with 40% exact-match anchors is a penalty waiting to happen. Every domain in Domstrike inventory has its anchor distribution reviewed manually — branded, generic, and exact-match ratios checked against documented quality thresholds.

Exact-match overuse, thin link farms, and obvious PBN patterns disqualify a domain from the inventory. What remains is what you actually want: natural-looking, editorially earned link profiles that hold up under algorithmic scrutiny.

03 — Niche-Matched Inventory

Authority in the right niche matters as much as the DR number.

A domain with DR 38 from an Australian health niche site is worth more to the right buyer than DR 55 from a link farm masquerading as a tech blog. Domstrike tags every domain by topical relevance, previous content category, and geographic market.

  • Category tags: health, finance, legal, trades, local services
  • Geographic market flagging — AU/NZ vs global
  • TLD priority: .com.au, .com, .net.au — filtered separately

The Domstrike Position

Building domain authority from scratch takes eighteen months and a full-time link builder. Buying it takes one afternoon and the right inventory source.

The difference between organic link building and strategic domain acquisition

Day 1

Ranking potential for a properly acquired, verified aged domain

The Method

From auction floor to your portfolio — verified at every step.

Most expired domain brokers list whatever they can acquire quickly. Domstrike's process inverts that — the verification gate comes before the listing, not after the sale.

A

Daily auction scanning

Pending-delete and closeout inventory is scanned across major platforms each morning. Domains passing an initial DR threshold are pulled for deeper analysis.

B

Automated metric pull

Ahrefs API queries run on every shortlisted domain: DR, referring domains, organic traffic estimate, anchor text CSV export. Anything below threshold is discarded.

C

Manual anchor review

A human reviews the anchor text distribution on every domain that passes automated filters. Exact-match overuse, link farms, and obvious network patterns are grounds for rejection.

D

Penalty and index check

Google Search Console history, archive.org content review, and Wayback content classification confirm the domain was not previously used for adult, pharma, or casino content.

E

Listing with full data sheet

Approved domains are listed with complete metrics, anchor distribution chart, historical content summary, and verified acquisition date. No black-box pricing.

Pricing

Each domain is priced on its verified metrics — not a formula.

Domain valuation is specific: DR, referring domain count, niche relevance, TLD, and historical content quality all affect what a domain is worth to a serious buyer. Prices are set per domain, shown on each listing page.

There are no subscription fees, no platform commissions, and no hidden buyer premiums. You pay the listed price, the domain transfers to your registrar account.

FAQ

Questions from SEOs who know their metrics

Answers to the technical questions our buyers ask before committing to a domain acquisition.

01 How are DR figures verified — can they decay between listing and purchase?

DR is pulled fresh at listing date using the Ahrefs API. Because backlink profiles can change, we re-verify DR and referring domain count at the point of sale before funds transfer. If metrics have materially dropped, you will be informed before proceeding, or the listing is updated to reflect current data.

02 What counts as a clean anchor profile?

We look for a natural branded-to-generic-to-exact-match ratio — typically branded anchors above 50%, generic above 20%, and exact-match below 15%. PBN-pattern linking, bulk directory submissions, and foreign-language exact-match anchors are red flags that disqualify a domain. The anchor CSV is available for review on every listing.

03 Do you only sell .com.au domains, or do you stock .com and other TLDs?

Both. .com.au and .com make up the majority of inventory, with .net.au and some .org.au listings. Each domain is tagged by TLD in the listing so you can filter for the market you are targeting. All domains are reviewed on the same metrics framework regardless of TLD.

04 How do I know the domain has not been penalised in Google?

Every domain goes through a penalty and index check: Wayback Machine content review for spam/adult/pharma history, manual Google site: query for index status, and Semrush/Ahrefs organic traffic history review. Domains showing traffic cliff-drops consistent with a core algorithm penalty are not listed. The penalty check summary is included in every listing data sheet.

05 Can I request domains in a specific niche or with a minimum DR?

Yes. If you are looking for something not currently in inventory — a specific niche, DR floor, referring domain count, or TLD combination — reach out via the contact form. We run daily scans and can prioritise acquisitions that match your requirements.

06 What happens after I purchase — how does the transfer work?

Once payment is confirmed, we initiate a registrar push or transfer authorisation code to your nominated registrar account. Most transfers complete within 5 to 7 business days depending on the registrar. We stay available through the transfer process and re-verify domain ownership completion on your end before the deal is closed.

07 Is this right for me if I am building content sites rather than reselling domains?

Yes — content site builders are the primary use case for a large portion of the inventory. An aged domain with DR 25 to 40 in a relevant niche gives a new content site a significant ranking head-start versus a fresh domain. Filter by niche category and DR range to find domains matched to your site topic.
